Andrei IOAN BOTIS, MBA – Founding Partner of Appraisal & Valuation. Responsible for the day-to-day management using the experience gained over 5 years of management,real estate agency and valuation consultancy.

Charles KINGSLEY EVANS MA (Oxon) MRICS – Director Responsible for the development of Valuations across Romania and for implementing International Valuation Standards. Mr Kingsley Evans has over 25 years experience in this field, having worked across Europe for companies including Jones Lang LaSalle, DTZ and CBRE. He was previously responsible for tax valuations for the British Government.

Florin MARAVELA – Partner. Responsible for the Construction Management Services. Mr. Maravela has more than 10 years of experience in Hotel and Office developments in Dublin and Bucharest.

Luminita ADRIANA ARION – Partner. She is ANEVAR member since 1995, subsequently joined CECAR (ACCA equivalent) and CAFR (Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania).Responsible for Audit& Business Valuations.

Sorin Huidu – Director. ANEVAR member since 2003 is responsible for the Land Valuation Department. He previously worked for CBRE, Atis Real and BNP Paribas in Bucharest.
